There is no harm in general contractors shopping for a bargain or a way to keep their building costs down. However, when the corners cut to save a dollar cost hundreds of dollars in redoes then the question becomes, was going for the bargain building designs really worth it?

Quality really does matter in the build to design industry.  A set of plans being off by just an inch on a 4000 SF home or not being exact in the layout for a building’s foundation could come back to costing the builders hundreds if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in redo’s.

FrankieZed Studios takes pride in the quality of the designs they create.  Each design goes through a complete checklist of items that are needed before the drawing can begin.  Things like exact measurements from site visit or exact elevations on how the building is being laid out on the site are obtained before drawing starts.  This keeps the drawing from being delayed and gives the draftsman all of the information needed to get started.

The end result is a quality construction plan or rendering.
